We suggest starting your acquaintance with Japan from one of the most famous and largest megalopolises in the world — Tokyo. You can look at the city from a bird’s eye view by climbing to the 45th floor of Tokyo City Hall. Then our path lies through the youth fashion district of Harajuku to the Shinto shrine of Meiji, where, if we are lucky, we will see a traditional Japanese wedding. Our trip will not be complete without a walk through the Asakusa district — this is where you can feel the whole atmosphere of ancient Japan. We will walk to the Sensoji temple, buy souvenirs on the Nakamise shopping street, take fortunes and have lunch in a Japanese restaurant. After greeting the emperor and taking pictures against the background of his possessions — the Imperial Palace, we will go to the artificial island of Odaiba, which resembles a city of the future. A visit to the Ginza district will be a pleasant walk for getting to know Tokyo.
