1. General Provisions

1.1. This Policy governs the process of collecting, processing and protecting personal information of users of the web platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”) provided by the Contractor.
1.2. Personal data (“Data”) includes any information that can be used to identify a user.
1.3. The Contractor undertakes to maintain confidentiality and protect User Data in accordance with the provisions of this Policy.

2. Data collection and processing

2.1. The Contractor collects User Data when they register on the Platform and use its functionality.
2.2. The list of collected Data may include: first name, last name, patronymic, identification document details, gender, date and place of birth, citizenship, email address, telephone number, image, bank details and other data provided by users.
2.3. The purposes of Data processing include:
2.3.1. Providing access to the functionality of the Platform;
2.3.2. Compliance with the terms of the License Agreement;
2.3.3. Improving the quality of services provided;
2.3.4. User feedback;
2.3.5. Informing users about news and updates of the Platform.

3. Data storage and protection

3.1. User data is stored on the Contractor’s servers for the duration of the License Agreement and for 10 years after the last use of the Platform.
3.2. The Contractor takes all necessary measures to protect the Data from unauthorized access, modification, destruction and other unlawful actions.
3.3. Only authorized employees of the Contractor who need it to perform their official duties have access to the Data.

4. Data transfer

4.1. The Contractor does not transfer Data to third parties without the prior consent of the user, except as required by law.
4.2. Data transfer may be carried out in the following cases:
4.2.1. With the consent of the user;
4.2.2. To comply with the terms of the License Agreement;
4.2.3. At the request of the competent authorities in accordance with the law.

5. User rights

5.1. Users have the right to access their Data, change it, delete it, as well as withdraw consent to Data processing.
5.2. Withdrawal of consent to Data processing is carried out by sending a written notification to the Contractor’s address.
5.3. The Contractor undertakes to satisfy the user’s request within 30 working days from the date of its receipt.

6. Changes to the Policy

6.1. The Contractor reserves the right to make changes to this Policy. Changes come into force from the moment they are published on the Platform.
6.2. Users are required to independently monitor changes to the Policy. Continued use of the Platform after changes are made means the user agrees to the new terms.
