Walking tour of Little Venice

About

A district unlike the rest of London
Little Venice is associated with many interesting stories. For example, about Paddington Bear or the British miracle engineers who almost ended up in the Russian Empire. You will learn how penicillin and the first computer appeared, where all the royal children were born, and where and why Sigmund Freud spent the summer of 1935.

Secret and ceremonial places
I will show you the secret hideout of London taxi drivers who drive the famous black cabs, and the main creations of the legendary John Nash, the favorite architect of King George IV. We will look into several cozy cafes, where the unique atmosphere of Little Venice is especially felt.

Conversation in a cozy cafe
Our walk will end in a plant nursery hidden in the courtyards. There is an excellent cafe with original cuisine. Or we can relax and share impressions of the tour in the old pub Warwick Castle, which is over 150 years old.

Organizational details
The tour will be led by Tatyana Vlasyuk, a graduate of the Sotheby’s Master’s program (London) and the History of Art course at the Russian State University for the Humanities (Moscow). I live in London, I love this beautiful city and will be happy to share my favorite places with you.

For children under 12, admission is free.
