Agent Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Policy governs the sale of tours on the Platform, including the process of agent recruitment, monetization and conditions for withdrawal of funds.
1.2. The Platform provides services for accommodation, booking and sale of tours on behalf of various tour operators (“Agents”).
1.3. This Policy is an integral part of the License Agreement and is binding on all users and Agents of the Platform.

2. Agent involvement

2.1. The Platform attracts Agents to post tours on the Platform. Agents can be legal entities or individual entrepreneurs who have the necessary licenses and permits to provide tourism services.
2.2. To post tours on the Platform, the Agent must undergo registration and verification. Verification includes the provision of documents confirming the Agency’s legal capacity to provide tourism services.
2.3. Agents independently upload information about tours, including descriptions, prices, booking and cancellation conditions, as well as photographs and other materials that may be useful to users of the Platform.

3. Monetization and commission

3.1. The Platform charges a commission for each successful tour sale made through the Platform. The amount of the commission is set by the Platform and can be changed unilaterally with prior notice to the Agents.
3.2. The commission is calculated as a percentage of the cost of the tour sold. The current commission amount is indicated in the Agent’s personal account on the Platform.
3.3. The commission is automatically deducted by the Platform from the amount received from the user for booking the tour.

4. Conditions for withdrawal of funds

4.1. Funds received from the sale of tours, minus the Platform commission, are credited to the Agent’s account in his personal account on the Platform.
4.2. The Agent may request a withdrawal of funds to his bank account at any time, subject to the presence of a minimum amount established by the Platform in the account.
4.3. The withdrawal request is processed within 10 business days from the date of application. Funds are transferred to the bank account (bank card) specified by the Agent during registration.
4.4. The platform is not responsible for delays in crediting funds associated with the work of banks or payment systems.

5. Duties and responsibilities of the parties

5.1. Agents are required to:
5.1.1. Provide reliable information about tours, including prices and conditions.
5.1.2. Ensure timely updates of information about available tours.
5.1.3. Provide users with quality services in accordance with the conditions specified on the Platform.
5.1.4. Notify the Platform of any changes in the conditions for the provision of tours.

5.2. The platform is obliged:
5.2.1. Provide Agents with the technical ability to place tours.
5.2.2. Ensure the correct functioning of the reservation and payment system.
5.2.3. Process withdrawal requests in a timely manner.
5.2.4. Support users and Agents through the Help Desk.

6. Other conditions

6.1. The Platform reserves the right to make changes to this Policy. Changes come into force from the moment they are published on the Platform.
6.2. Agents are required to independently monitor changes to the Policy. Continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes the Agent’s agreement to the new terms.
6.3. All disputes arising from this Policy are resolved through negotiations. If it is impossible to resolve disputes through negotiations, they are subject to consideration in court at the location of the Platform.

This Policy for selling tours on the site is mandatory for all Agents posting their tours on the Platform and governs their relations with the Platform and users.
